  @Joseph_of_Earth I'd think running the installer is the easy part, at least on most distros. From my experience starting out on desktop Linux the harder part was to re-learn some things after having a hard time trying to brute-force old habbits. Less preexisting technical knowledge combined with a bit curiosity could be an advantage here 🙂

  @melix Thought so the other day: somehow each new minor release seems to produce new deprecation warnings. Some seem not resolvable without breaking compatibility. Guess we're staying with Gradle 8 for a little while longer...
