  I’m half way through this week’s ep of #StarTrek #StangeNewWorlds but it’s already the best episode of the season by miles. It actually has a strange new world and they are… EXPLORING. Hopefully they don’t frak it up in the second half. 🖖

I don’t know where his creations come from but I’m so grateful for every single one. If you’re not following him, you really should be. Amazing.

  So enterprising #StarTrek fans are now just 3D printing entire play sets based on the soundstage blueprints from their favorite Trek series. I’ve seen highly detailed scale models of TOS bridge, Voyager’s Bridge and ready room, TNG’s Engineering section. It’s all quite wild. Of course they scale and print it to fit action figures. Clearly I was born at the wrong time. 🖖

  I’m old enough to remember when republicans wanted to impeach Bill Clinton because he had a 30m conversation with the attorney general of the United States (Loretta Lynch) on a plane with her. She wasn’t his personal lawyer or helped him cover up his involvement with Epstein, they just were in the same place at the same time but at the time it was the end of the political world.

  Finished S1 of #Pluribus. Very much enjoyed it. Not entirely original but enough so that it felt fresh enough. Don’t realize how much I missed the Vince Gilligan slow burn / long shots of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul until now. Looking forward to S2.

  So apparently Trump and DHS has been building miles of floating barriers in the rivers of Texas without regulation or scientific study. These one ton buoys are now breaking loose due to the recent heavy rains in TX. They are floating down river threatening to damage bridges and dams and whole communities.   The router from my ISP (Lumos) suddenly died tonight and it may be 2 days before they can get out to replace it. I can’t be without net access for 2 days. 🤬 Can’t seem to configure my DECO router properly to work with their modem directly either. I’m so un-tech savvy. As if I didn’t have enough stress right now as it is. 😨

  It’s always nice when someone writes to say thank you for something you’ve done or created instead of just reading gripes or complaints.   I love Star Wars and Grogu and I really like Burger King but the new “Have it the way.” tagline that they’re using to cross promote the movie is just stupid. It sounds like it was written by AI. Which it probably was.
