Not a history buff, I am as surprised as anyone to advertise a book about a revolutionary party founded in 1897 in the Tsarist Russia. If you value “cosmopolitanism over nationalism, social democracy over rapacious capitalism, collective liberation over ethno-chauvinist fortress-building” (The Guardian, about the Bund) and resist fascism, esp. in diaspora, you may want to check M. Have you read Teresa Bücker's »Alle_Zeit. Eine Frage von Macht und Freiheit« (2022)? Bücker writes about time as a political resource with sensitivity and passion. The book is a treasure trove of ideas and references, a call to arms and an outstretched hand. When will it be available in English? I would like to buy it for all my friends. https://teresabuecker.de/ https://www.sueddeutsche.de/kultur/teresa-buecker-zeit-gerechtigkeit-1.5670462 @teresabuecker.bsky.social #bookstodo...
