Pears are such an amazing native fruit, absolutely love them. Always enlightened to have some. Not apples though! After eating 5kg bags of apples for 1.50€ when in season for months on end when I was a broke student, I'm still very much fed up with then. Apples are just the pears less sophisticated cousin. Fight me.
