Der Akademische Senat der @HumboldtUni hat soeben mit 12 Ja- zu 9 Nein-Stimmen entschieden, dem neu verhandelten Hochschulvertrag mit dem Land Berlin zuzustimmen. Obwohl mehrere juristisch unabhängige Gutachten bestätigt haben, dass eine Klage zur Einhaltung der existierenden Verträge sehr gute Aussichten auf Erfolg hätte. Der Graben verläuft zwischen Professorium auf der einen, und allen wissenschaftlichen/technischen Mitarbeitenden und Studierenden auf der anderen Seite. #highered #hochschule
