  What does it say about me that the main thing keeping me doing my daily exercise is not that it’s good for my health etc, but the thought that if I don’t do it, I’ll break my current streak of 177 days?!?! (I’m tracking it on an app the exercise physiologist gave me) I suppose it doesn’t matter if it means I keep exercising :success:

  Best thing that happened today so far: the dentist is unwell so my appointment this morning has to be rescheduled. Yes this just means I will have my check up in a couple weeks’ time instead, but yay!
