Renting a place means you get the burden of dealing with the errant mail of the last 8 tenants. Hmm this one says important tax documents- do I bother trying a return to sender? Well the last 20 times the post office just delivered it right back to me despite the fact I sharpied over the whole delivery address and wrote “return to sender no longer at this address.” I hope Mark can deal without his important tax documents.

Dang M5 Pro is up to 4.61GHz? That might not be new I haven’t paid attention in a while. M1 only went to 3.2 though and with how wide their cores are I didn’t expect them to go that high.

https://nworbmot.org/blog/solar-battery-world.html Solar and batteries are cheap enough that most people can get most of their electricity from them, and save money. This equation gets better and better over time as their costs decline.
