  Affirmations: It is okay that my boss edited my spreadsheet. I am handling it very well. I have not been sitting here manually breathing + rocking back and forth for the roughly 20 minutes since discovering this. I am being so normal about it, actually. I am the very picture of neurotypicality. I do not now-- nor have I ever-- felt an intense and unabating urge to gnaw through my work laptop with my regrettably small human teeth.

  so i had to quit weed because of CHS which i'm handling about as well as can be expected (which is to say: eeeeehhh). except that i was primarily using weed to knock my brain out at the end of the day because otherwise my extended release adhd meds just keep going and going and going and, well. that was happening. so on top of autistic burnout and work burnout my brain was just constantly revving sooo that's why i stopped taking my vyvanse :D

  Very annoying how every piece of "how to deal with a micromanaging boss" advice is some variation on "think super extra hard and be extra super duper good at your job to alleviate their anxiety and covertly manage them to help them manage you blah blah blah" like oh my g-d shut up shut up for 1,000 years.

  Wait have I told y'all that last week I got... well, "reprimanded" is really too strong of a word but, basically, I didn't play the kazoo enthusiastically enough during a meeting with my boss (in response to being assigned a new task) and it made things super tense and weird.
