    The folks at work went all-in for big production work for announcing a software update for the Anagram 🎸 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lupuyXsyAm8 Looks much better than even I was expecting, and it is all about a single software update really. Basically a monophonic synth, being driven by a bass guitar. Several months of work.

    I have taken some of my websites and services down, including kxstudio, cardinal and distrho websites. It will take a bit of time until they are online again as I don’t have the time to update things at the moment (it’s complicated and for these kind of things it’s better to not disclose much) Thank you for understanding.     @unfa I need to do updates and other changes on my server (that runs the peertube instance, among other things). Need an honest answer - how bad would it be to lose that peertube instance? Just thinking if I really need to spend time exporting + backing up files for it, or if it might not be worthwhile... 🤔

    Doing the automatic-audio-plugin-scanner code in Carla now, as needed for the &amp;quot;plugins in OBS&amp;quot; project. It nicely trickles down to other projects that also use Carla for their plugin hosting. Screenshot shows https://github.com/DISTRHO/Ildaeil happily listing and hosting VST2 plugins ☀️ So next Ildaeil release will have even more format-to-format capabilities! VSTs in LV2 hosts? no problem! CLAPs in VST hosts? sure thing! throw VST3 too while at it, why not.

    Yay for audio plugins under Wayland. Non-embedded type for now, but one step at a time we will get there. Also, today I answered a question I had for a long time... If an X11 host running under XWayland calls Wayland-native APIs manually, would it be able to load Wayland-UI based plugins? The answer is yes - Carla running under Qt xcb &amp;quot;platform&amp;quot; can still show Wayland UIs. The reverse is also true (Qt wayland &amp;quot;platform&amp;quot; with X11 UIs through XWayland) Futur...
