<p>Buffalonian stuck in SoCal</p><p>Professor teaching GenBio, Marine Biology, Oceanography, Microbiology, and Zoology at a Community College.</p><p>My research speciality is marine microbiology, focusing on harmful algal bloom ecology. I still manage a HAB monitoring citizen science project in SoCal, but my day to day life is currently devoted to working on increasing STEM student success with active learning pedagogy.</p><p>I don&#39;t create original posts often, but I read every day, and boost what I enjoy.</p>
