For obvious reasons I'm trying to get rid of commercial fitness/activity related apps. I'm really happy to see the many great alternatives! My 2 cents till now: Training Peaks --> Open Athlete Garmin Connect --> Gadgetbridge (data fetching from the watch) / Fitpub (social sport networking) Strava --> Fitpub (social sport networking) Any more tips from the audience? #sport #trackingsoftware #strava #garmin #TrainingPeaks #fitpub #gadgetconnect #openathlete...

@kzodasnowman I have an old Garmin Forerunner watch, but I'm pulling data from it using Gadgetbridge (=FOSS; https://gadgetbridge.org/). So no need to use the Garmin Connect app. Haven't looked into hardware alternatives (yet).
