  Nice, #Swiftfin 1.5 with #tvOS support finally got into beta! Still no ability to play playlists, so usefulness for me is limited, but good to see some momentum there.

  Just tested eleven different @jellyfin@mastodon.online clients on my Apple TV. Not a single one was capable of successfully shuffling a playlist. This is sad. Some don't support playlists at all, some straight up error, some just have non-responsive UIs. My full #Plex → #Jellyfin migration attempt stalls once more.

  Much as I’d love to fully switch to #Jellyfin, the lack of properly working playlists in any #AppleTV client stops me every time. Am I really that unusual in my usage? I just want to be able to shuffle a large playlist, ideally on loop.
