Just finished 35 slides for my class later this evening. Dense, comprehensive slides because it is what the students will use to study. It&#39;s a Paradox sale on Steam (Paradox being the publisher of intricate &quot;grand strategy&quot; games). Time to look at it and be fucking mad that they turned up prices of their already expensive DLC and even decided to fuck my country in particular. I&#39;m not exactly _excited_ about it, but the trailer for the Street Fighter movie made it look fun. Which hasn&#39;t happened in a good while - I&#39;m not very into movies these days, particularly not new releases. Probably the fact I&#39;m not particularly into the franchise (I can name some characters but couldn&#39;t tell much about any plot) contributed. I&#39;m sick of adaptations.

I rushed to the uni so that I got here before 17:00, so that I could submit my application to this new job today instead of next week. And then I found out it was in a different department, that closed at 16:00. Not the department for which I&#39;d work, just the general office. I mean I have until next Friday, I was trying to do it early (because of this kind of shit). But we have a holiday Tuesday and Monday the uni will be closed as well, so it will get closer than I&#39;d prefer.
