Went out and took some pictures of the frogs in the lily pond. These are Rio Grande Leopard Frogs (or at least the folks at iNaturalist seem to think so).

I just noticed that Confluence has generating &quot;Spotify wrapped&quot; round-ups of my activity at the end of each year. I can&#39;t think of anything I&#39;m less interested in. I do not care which document I wrote got the most comments.

Today has been an amazing study in how my glucose level spikes up in reaction to emotional stress. Stress me enough, and ozempic be damned, my glucose will spike out of range.
