my ankle is now strong enough that I was able to carry an entire bin of laundry down to the basement and then walk all the way back without a boot or crutches! 🎉

y&#39;know one feature of x.com that I wish mastodon had is the ability to mute specific words. i see too much politics content on either platform and it&#39;s not healthy
