I do not appreciate a deluge of notifications and emails from Trainline reminding me I have queried your ticket prices and not completed my purchase… because I decided to buy them on a cheaper app. Wish there was a quick button to press which said “I aborted the sale because a competitor was slightly cheaper.” I suppose it’s part of the degradation of email (and notifications) that automatic systems absolutely blast emails at you with the slightest justification. I got a random pretend headhunt...
