Collections of my debris recordings are available as EPs on Bandcamp, Mirlo, and Faircamp: https://daveriedstra.bandcamp.com/album/sympath-debris https://mirlo.space/dried/releases https://daveriedstra.com/albums These are slightly more cleaned-up versions of traces generated by my studio practice which could broadly be described as "quiet gentle noise and feedback" and "electroacoustic studio field recordings". The debris log has many more: https://daveriedstra.com/debr...

Sidequest: cleaning up the BB bass. I picked up this instrument (Yamaha BB 424) last summer on the cheap as it was languishing in a basement in Stratford. I was able to fix the neck bow a few days ago so now it's finally time to clean up the fretboard and try to coax out some thump with La Bellas, which I've been wanting to try for a while. Hoping to use this for a few tunes on a pop gig I've got coming up.
