  A bit ago at ER visit for severe vertigo I deadass had a FEMALE NURSE shake her head sadly and say offhand “estrogen is *so* bad for the body”. Tried to get levels to be on the safe side and got told by two doctors (stalled through a shift change) ‘that’s not really a thing we do.’ I’m not even out at that place and have learned to tell people I’m treating an endocrine disorder which for me is at least also true, but holy hell I can’t wait for my care to just plummet through the floor. #trans

  It’s pretty funny that the #wwdc platforms state of the union has an example using private cloud compute at a temperature of 1.0 for creativity, and if you read the release notes for any of these new platforms, PrivateCloudComputeLanguageModel always uses greedy decoding. lol (FB is 178181782, per Apple) This is… not a small issue to launch to developers with. #Apple

  @Infoseepage @jt_rebelo I wonder if there’s a counter involving drone swarms that has been developed but never deployed publicly. I know there was a ton of (public) research about swarms years ago and that tells me privately things have been going on even longer, but it is curious we haven’t to my knowledge seen them in use.
