  out for coffee with a friend yesterday, having big conversations. It was lovely. Until I had a panic attack. Right in the middle of it. Extreme nausea and sickness, full on sweats, the works, for about 30 minutes. Him, also being my MD, was completely fascinated because he got to see a panic attack happen in real time. Hard crash after plus a hold shit full nights sleep. If this happens to you, I am truly sorry. This sucked.

  I'm a master of the "bowl dinner"; typically a protein and 2 veg, cooked together and served in a bowl. This week's protein was garbanzo beans, with pan roasted cauliflower and yellow squash. A little shredded cheese on top and boom, leftover lunch!

  Started on my ADHD / Autism assessment today and I'm exhausted. Today was memory / pattern matching / frustration checking if I had define it. There were blocks, shapes, numbers (memorization and ordering) and some really annoying trick questions that were annoying on purpose I believe. Plus so many questionaires. I did 4 during my session and just completed 3 more online. Friday is personality and mood. Should be fun!

  Monday. Already used the NAS to transfer 3gb of video from my Mac to my work computer. Took about a minute. I'll be adding a NetGear switch in this week and will be starting work on add my 2011 Mac Mini to the lab for Tailscale and other fun lab projects. Meds. Hydrate and for gosh sakes move today.

  NAS setup is cruising right along. Rescued most of the data from my really old drives. Adding in my media (tv/music/movies) now. Then, finally, pulling down my entire Dropbox so I can stop giving them money. Plex is working. I've installed Pi-hole (MUCH EXCITE!) and Dropbox. This is fun!

  NAS almost ran 24 hours straight. A little troubleshooting and I had to tweak some of Plex's more aggressive maintenance items. I've been able to download the entirety of my Dropbox. Still working on Google Photos, that one is being tricky. Next up? Tailscale. Wheeeee!

  I forgot how much nicer music sounds when it's not streamed. Apple Music's default sounds pretty good, but it's not the same. And Spotify's default sounds like good FM at best. Good thing I book marked some of those handy web pages for finding music.
