Finally started book 6 of The Wheel of Time after a multi-year break. So far, Jordan is doing a fairly decent job of catching me up with things I read through book 5 by have forgotten in the intervening years. Doesn't help that the divergences from the show are freshest in my head. Alas. I read fiction for two solid hours last night, and that feels like a win.

As it turns out, things change over four years.
