My printed RC boat survived its second swim. Last year water got in, the rudder failed, and I burned the motor. This year I waterproofed it again and installed a much more powerful servo and motor. It worked beautifully until my printed nylon gears got destroyed. Next year I print the gears again with PC filament.

Take away from #swec26: Jira is approaching enshittification: rising license costs and a forced move to the cloud. The open source community probably will push an alternative and make it business ready, just as it happened with Blender and GitLab. #swec

I&#39;ve been fighting with a networking bug for weeks. Today I dumped the conf from the routers and fed them to Deepseek. It found the obscure issue in no time and cost me &lt;0.01EUR. Network troubleshooting is no longer a pain. #ai #networking
