@abcdw why the JP keyboard? I'm used to the CH layout and I guess it isn't the best for coding but I the button shapes and the rest can be changes in software.

@abcdw nice, I only noticed the left shift and missed the shortened space 1/2 of the CH one. Also I as ergodox user should have noticed the additional thumb buttons - shame on me!

@progo I personally went from Ubuntu Studio to Debian on my workstation and Guix on my second hand ThinkPad, that I use to experiment and learn new things. I'm nearly comfortable enough to switch to Guix on my workstation as well.

@thelinuxcast you do it the wrong way around. I get paid thousands of dollars but are forced to use Windows 11. Every thing I want to do on my own, I can accomplish on Linux.
