#3GoodThings Man, I hate #Facebook (for so many reasons), but I'll grudgingly admit the Marketplace is effective for me. I posted the 10yo's old bike yesterday and had a buyer about 4 hours later. Speaking of the 10yo, he's BACK from almost a month at overnight camp. I missed that kid. Top priority for the 10yo upon arriving back in civilization was seeing Spider-Man: Brand New Day. #3GoodThings After much stress, planning, and way too much money, the 13yo's bar mitzvah was a monstrous success. His service was perfect, the party was lit, and we caught up with family we haven't seen in a very long time. #3GoodThings My cousin who I have not seen in years was in town, so we caught up over an extended lunch at South Branch in #Chicago. Food was great,; company was better. I organized a volunteer day with my team from work at Bernie's Book Bank. It was a lot of fun and felt like for a few hours, we made a difference.
