At my last job I changed IT from reactive to proactive. I built rapport with all Team Leaders and higher. I mentored a Junior on IT, how the office environment works, leadership, and life.* I was made redundant when a larger company took over. Today I started a Certificate IV in Community Service. Time to start doing something more positive for society. * Apologies for the LinkedIn-speak
