I have a friend who did an Autism assessment, the result of which was, to paraphrase: If you were assessed as a child, you almost certainly would've been diagnosed with Asperger's. But you've developed sufficient coping skills to avoid being diagnosed at this point in your life. @actuallyautistic @actuallyadhd I expect most neurodivergent folk can relate to this: whenever I have an idea for a project, I have an initial phase of excitement. Yes, I can do this! Love this idea! Then my brain spins off in a hundred different directions, identifying all the complexities and things I have to think about and all the work involved and all the ways it could go wrong. I feel WAY overwhelmed before I&#39;ve even started, and it just takes the wind right out of my sails. Now...
