  Our Rainbow baby came just the other month. She's an absolute cutie. Reframed the way I look at a lot of things. Spent a day needlessly fretting over a project computer just to realize I was toying with something I wasn't going to seriously ever use. Our house is small, not a lot of room. It's nice to clear up old things to make way for new living... (but I'm still making that Arcade Mahjong controller...mumble mumble...)

  Been a strange couple month. Lost my job, weeks before my daughter was born. Became a parent to a beautiful rainbow baby. Got new work just last week. Accepting the reality that my profession has been shoved into the "entertainment" department, so I'm learning to be an entertainer now until I can figure out something new to do. Ah well, My life's work was a raft, and now that I'm at the other shore, I shouldn't cling to the thing that got me her...

  I'm always going to have a stupid little place in my heart for the #RaspberryPi 02W... Now that my wifi eating tomogatchi has collected enough dust, it's now an arcade Mahjong machine. Woo!

  If you've never read it, #pokemon Adventures is absolutely unhinged. Think I'm going to start studying the art style as I get ready for #ink 'tober.

  Sometimes it feels like I'm at that age where I need to give up my "toys," sell off the consoles, carts, little nicknacks, focus on things like my art and writing that bring me such joy... But #pokemon ZA is coming out... I still have some games to beat... Ffff. Ok. Last pokemon game, then I go clean. I swear.

  @darth We all try so hard to find our distro, but you go from Debian, to mint, to puppy, to tiny, to POP! to Arch, to Red Hat... and then finally, you realize It was Debian the whole time. It's always been Debian It will always be Debian

  @vkc my prompt of "A Rhino flipped off his gourd on LSD charges around the screen demanding your credit card and SSN" was met with incredible disappointment.... which to me was relieving. you could do better with 15 minutes of time and a rough idea of how bootstrap works. Fingers crossed this technology doesn't prosper.

  It's very difficult to get #sewing patterns where I live, so I've started to learn how to draft my own. I'm having tons of fun hand-sewing early #medieval clothing for my infant. Wish she could consent to me posting up a photo or two because she looks so cute!

  There is this odd melancholy in completing a #pokemon game on 3DS and sending them all to home. There you sit, the regional champion. Your pockets full, vest pinned with badges. You're standing in front of a PC in the most convenient Pokémon center you could find. Nothing left of your past victories but these small mementos. A lone lv. 2 Ratata in your party. Friends gone. All gone. Will they see adventure again? or sit like trophies in #PokémonHOME for an eternity?
