  Dogs with gas and upset stomachs are the bane of my perimenopausal sleep issues. Up every 2 hours from 11pm to 6:30 am and just when I hit late morning “nap”, up again with urgency at just before 9am. Wondering if I can sneak a nap in today since my whole morning is way off kilter.

  Inordinately pleased that my Cookie Monster Starry Night t-shirt fits again!!! And fits better than the last time I was able to get into it (in 2019!)
