    what if, instead of reinventing the WWW in a more minimalistic form like #Gemini does, we simply integrated markdown renderers into modern browsers and shipped Markdown over HTTP? I can even imagine this happening in a 100% backwards-compatible way if the `Content-Type: text/markdown` HTTP header were used.

    @niklaskorz and I are currently investigating a Mastodon media cache size issue on rheinneckar.social (https://rheinneckar.social/@admin/116509945016262429) that seems to be caused by a sudden uptick of files being cached starting last night (see plot) and caused our VPS hard drive to fill up almost entirely. Has anyone else seen this already? #fediadmin #mastoadmin
