  After much tedium, I've tracked down why Cloudflare's obnoxious browser check stopped working with Firefox a few months back: If you have user_pref("dom.enable_resource_timing", false); in your prefs.js or user.js, then the Cloudflare's obnoxious browser check will just loop forever.
