  it is time for an arkham cards. starting a new run of the OG arkham campaign, dunwich legacy. this will be my third run of it, and the first in over a year. it has some rough edges at points but i do enjoy it overall. i'll be bringing daisy walker the librarian as my clues-getter and nathaniel "nacho" cho the boxer as my fighter. daisy was in the original core set and is fairly straightforward but i still haven't played her in a full campaign. nacho has a uni...

  good mroing and happy may10 day cofe stat: another brew with the metal filter. it came out better than yesterday. i might start liking this bean with the metal more than paper. maybe we'll be decided by the end of the jar. today is another cool, overcast day. thinking of going to the mountain in the afternoon. i also have some food-workings to do. but first, another slack off morning with a couple beirut albums.

  a good walk round the mountain. went up and down the top once, did a couple laps around, walked the precipitous waterside trail. it's not an especially big mountain so that took about an hour. also a couple ladies asked me for directions to a thing but i didn't get what they were talking about until a few minutes later when i was walking past that exact thing and was in fact aware of it the whole time but didn't connect the dots. fortunately our paths crossed again a bit...

  tmbg's latest album came out a couple weeks ago. i just played it through for the first time and it's a good one. i won't say excellent yet because i usually need to let their albums cook a bit before i fall in love, but the workings are there.

  good morng and happy snubday cofe status: sipping a perfect brew with my oatmeal. the brazil bean is growing on me. still not my favorite of course. thanks to the band thing i didn't have time to go grocery shopping yesterday morning so i'll be doing that once i'm done breaking-fast. and after that, who knows? it's looking warmer today, maybe it's time to go traverse the mountain.
