Meringues are such a cheap #vegan and easy to make dessert and it only takes 100g of sugar (pulverised by your favourite machine), 100ml of aquafaba from a can of chickpeas, a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice, all whisked for about 8 minutes. It does take 2 hours at 100 degrees Celsius in the oven, but it is worth it.
