  To do @Codeberg@social.anoxinon.de a favor and increase forge freedom and flexibility, we've created a CLI tool to batch migrate repositories between forges. This way, all the people who want to (or have to) migrate off from #codeberg can do so in a much faster pace, freeing up more space at Codeberg for valuable non-LLM related projects.   In the last hour, we got hammered by an Asian bot farm which used a very recent Chrome UA and thousands of unique IPs issueing around ~500 req/min for arbitrary repo (and request) paths. This first caused a very high CPU pressure on the server running Forgejo and subsequently also a spike in memory, ultimately making the instance unresponsive.
