Not saying it’s only economics, but the pattern is loud: Plan A was a domestic enforcement buildout that could soak up spending and jobs. When it bogged down in backlash and constraints, the demand for “momentum” didn’t vanish. So you pivot to the classic accelerant: war. Bombs mean rapid procurement, replacement orders, logistics, reserve activation, and a narrative reset big enough to swallow every other headline.
