After seeing various takes on the Steam Machine, I don’t think they should even bother releasing it. The performance does not really justify the price when the system is slower than a PS5 with around the same settings. The fact that it defaults to 1080p resolution instead of 4K makes the claim of it doing 4K60 with FSR doubtful. In my opinion, it’s only worth $599 at most with a controller, not $700 or even $1050. I think they could have subsidize it a little bit, but no. Gabe needs more money...
