  Yesterday, a co-worker showed me the one good pub in the area. I now know who to contact to join the anarchist union and where to get weed. It starts feeling like home. :D

  Brave New World You get a few beers, skip the cashier line because all self-checkouts are free and you are tech savvy enough to operate those. You then wait 15 FUCKING minutes until an underpaid minion comes by and checks if you are bloody fucking old enough for a beer. Next time, I'll fucking steal the shit.

  I should have applied for low-level government jobs all my life. People here warned me that the next few months will be 'extraordinarily hard' and so far it is the easiest, slow-paced and relaxed work environment I have ever encountered. Right now, the whole office is down because one cash register is not working. I am getting paid for this! (this is not a plea for more capitalist work extraction; just an observation)
