So Open AI has a support channel, but it seems that they don't reimburse credits under any circumstances. In my case, Codex actually confirmed it had done something taxing that it had explicitly been told not to do, sent me off to support recommending I provide screenshots of its apology, and support still won't gimme tokens or refunds. OK, expectations managed, I guess...
