    After a bit of back and forth the AI said: The Real Question: Is the goal to build ever-smarter AI at any cost, or to build useful AI within sustainable resource constraints? Because if it&amp;#39;s the latter, then yes—we&amp;#39;re approaching the limits of what society can/should invest in the current scaling paradigm. Am I being too pessimistic? Or is this the realistic assessment of where we are? __ Even AI knows that AI is not the answer.
