My wife and I clean our keyboards so differently. I meticulously arrange the keycaps like a keyboard map. She? Takes a pic and dumps them in a chaotic pile...

My best friend is Brazilian and another Brazilian started in our office. We talked about Kaiserschmarrn and he turned to me: "I will explain it to him" *Turns to the new guy* "It's like pancakes" 1. No 2. Great Portuguese

I installed #omarchy on my personal laptop today, and I’m amazed by it! Now I need to figure out how to get my work laptop running Fedora to be as similar as possible. (I’m only allowed to use Ubuntu or Fedora.)

A friend was developing his first app and hitting GitHub Actions hard. Runs took almost an hour and he exhausted his free minute quota in no time. Spun up a OneDev instance for him and pipelines are now down to 13 minutes 🚀

My mother in law got very technical with me again. Her: When I click on my icon, I get the message that something went wrong. Me: TF is your icon? Just show me. Turns out that „her icon“ is Firefox and https://? is not a valid URL for the landing page.

I found my father-in-law’s Eee PC. Call me crazy, but I’ll slap Linux on it and code on it 😂

I just love old Macs. I never had one as a kid, but my dad took me to many computer stores, and I was always in awe of the colorful Macs. I recently discovered @ActionRetro on YouTube. Man, I love this channel to bits.

Around 17 years ago, my dad got me an Acer H340, which kinda jumpstarted my interest in Linux. This bad boy came with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom 230 processor, 2GB DDR2 RAM, and four 3.5-inch hot-swappable SATA drive bays. Well… I found a used one for next to nothing and I will test out how good(not) it is right now and then try to upgrade the motherboard to something more recent 😅
