  so after 2 hours of staring into a backlit screen neurogenesis occurs the second type of neurogenesis happen when like reading AI garble (derealization & psychosis) and doomscrolling (casino effect) and being terminally online in an social media echo chamber okay. so. does it matter for any sort of brainrot to switch to an e-ink display? i am assuming it stops neurogenesis but idk
