Any thoughtful comment on music that was made with heart and soul is worth so much more than any streaming numbers anywhere.     @pomCountyIrregs Well, no, not at all. And it didn’t take long for us to get the vibe that many in the fediverse are quite… shall we say unenthusiastic about Spotify (and rightly so). Since our previous efforts in playlisting had some success in connecting indie musicians with a (small) audience, we were wondering how to best replicate that effect. Spotify sadly still has the advantage of being the go-to provider of music to a majority of music listeners… grrr.
