  Tamer Khalifa is a Palestinian activist and photographer from the 48 territories. Last March he was abducted, interrogated and then released to house arrest. As soon as his house arrest ended, he was re-abducted and put in a concentration camp under an arbitrary "administrative detention" order. He was supposed to be released on July 1st. A day before the order against him was due to expire, a new order was issued. He is still held hostage, without any charges being brought against him...
