    @Thayer Wow, these numbers are OFF THE CHART for UK academia. They&amp;#39;re outside any union-agreed salary scale. For comparison, an associate professor here is in the £70k range. I&amp;#39;m genuinely shocked. I&amp;#39;m not sure how this is even possible?
