Am I supposed to be angry about this? (The fine was reduced to $6K.) I&#39;m a homeowner, and I know that certain trees on my property are managed by my municipality. Nothing online ticks me off more than sites that demand I disable any ad blocking, but then refuse to show me the article anyway when I do. If you’re going to paywall me, at least have the decency to do so FIRST.
