I’m spending my evening ripping CDs like it’s 1999. I’m also in complete shock that the canonical tool to do this on the Mac, XLD, is four-way universal: ppc32, x86, x64, and aarch64. I genuinely don’t even know how I would accomplish such a software feat if I had to.
