Das passiert wenn man nicht checkt dass ein B kein ẞ ist. This happens if you don't notice the difference between a capital B and a capital German "sharp S", i.e. ẞ. This text now translates to "Vomit and drinks are available. Tangentially related to @schei_encoding@mas.to ...
