of nothing

If you wait by the river long enough, the bodies of your enemies will float by.

Splitting words so as to break the force of the laws; confounding names so as to change what had been definitely settled; practising corrupt ways so as to throw the government into confusion: all guilty of these things were put to death.

Keep your safety in mind and don't make loud statements for which you might go to the places not-so-far-from-here, because there you will help no one.

@Chzikken_1486@poa.st @CleverMoniker@poa.st @Terry@poa.st within the last day, the IRCG said that if Iran is nuked, they will reply in the same manner. Netanyahu was not lying about Iran's capabilities to get a nuke. It's always been a week away from nukes. It has the material and the launchers, and via its space industry even dual-use intercontinental launchers. Well, it's been two weeks since Epstein perfidiously murdered the guy that opposed nukes.

@Terry@poa.st he says we're winning, and we're wishing he would stop, so the 2016 prophecy has come to pass as long foretold.

@Terry@poa.st he goes on to suggest that Khamenei had trouble conceiving, and needed to get help, which has raised some doubts the legitimacy of his heir. So yeah Trump said all this shit without even knowing that he'd killed the guy's wife and daughter. It's not in his mind at all to distract him from speculation like this.

>still no signs of life of Netanyahu a. he's dead and Israel's just trying to get its house in order to deal with Trump, before admitting it b. he's incapacitated and Israel's waiting for that to resolve before admitting it c. one of the above but the more pressing issue is that his leverage that kept him in power was having sole access to all of the blackmail, and Israel are struggling to crack it to retain control of Trump, before admitting that anything happened d. he's...

@Frondeur@poa.st @Orkin_Awk@poa.st @Terry@poa.st by the way shale oil isn't viable so we shouldn't make it ... but you know, instead of setting trillions of dollars on fire in only a week, a much smaller amount of money towards shale oil could change that. Likewise any long-term geopolitical plotting could have this money better-spent on it. But Israel wanted regional chaos so that it could expand a little more. I guess shale oil doesn't help that at all.

@Orkin_Awk@poa.st @Terry@poa.st probably >bro don't worry, on a long enough time horizon none of this matters but what we have here is: what was nearly a global hegemon, a "sole superpower", a "policeman of the world", is self-destructing from its many vices and from its compromised leadership. People are going to talk about this for a long time. Taking the oil is not even a significant win; a superpower could BUY oil.

@leespringfield1903@poa.st @Terry@poa.st and of course they held the vote long after the conflict was a fait accomplis, when the US was not subtle at all about gearing up for it, and even only narrowly aborted starting it a month ago.

@DC5FAN@poa.st @Terry@poa.st what he's trying to do is reactively say whatever bullshit comes to mind that he think will forestall a market collapse. Ships are scared? We'll escort them! Insurers walked out? We'll insure them! He's not trying to do anything but change feelings. He has no plan.

@Terry@poa.st @randbot@poa.st hey I've been here for 2 years and I love this country as much as I love my home country. Less? No. More? No. I love it exactly the same amount. This is the only safe answer so it's mine.
