  I hate wearing ear plugs. They make me feel claustrophobic. They make me hear my tinnitus better. But because of asshole neighbors i have to wear them almost every night. The white noise machine does not cut it.

  Why are so many boomers using their phone on speaker in public spaces? In more general terms, why do boomers imitate the most annoying habits of younger generations? I think it's because boomers are the generation that is the most desperate to be seen as hip. The most ingratiating generation ever. I would much prefer them, if they stil said "you dig?" and had not given up the back to the land movement after one rough winter. What are your theories?
