    After a complete week off, I wrote 3k words today and feel back on track! I&#39;d sort of like to keep writing, but I have plans with a beloved and a new Indian fusion restaurant.

    Went to see my daughter. Trip highlights included spontaneously attending a concert based on liking a music video, packing a bunch of boxes, watching Morgan Freeman narrated dinosaur documentaries, and Baby&#39;s First Tattoo. (At age 24 years, nine months.) She got a super cute audino pokemon custom piece.

    I was just asked what my marketing strategy is and had to respond that it was very sweet of the asker to assume I had one beyond posting frequently and arranging occasional discounts... I am, in fact, quite inept. So the good news is I have tremendous potential to improve.

    The book I&#39;m reading is consistently using the word &#39;passed&#39; when it means to use &#39;past&#39; and I&#39;m starting to wonder if this an AI tell or something. Or maybe it&#39;s part of a coded message saying the author is being held hostage? It feels unlikely the author just thinks that&#39;s the right word.

    There is no novel! There is only CAT! I thought I&#39;d filed the proper application to be allowed to use my computer, but Talvi says there weren&#39;t enough fishie treats accompanying it so he must have extra petting. #cats #blackcats #writingcommunity

    Updated my epubs to work better with text-to-voice programs. Ideally, I&#39;d be able to offer a human narrated audio version and maybe then the compatibility would be less important, but right now it&#39;s an accessibility matter. And a being decent to my readers matter. I had already removed all the underscores, but I axed the decorative tildes around the chapter headings too. And now back to redrafting a book I&#39;ll never put those elements into in the first place!

    Am currently feeling rather dim witted for never trying to listen to The Harmony of Falling Snow with text-to-speech. Apparently the dividers I used for between texts REALLY don&#39;t work. I&#39;d already changed them out for spanning lines, but feel like a twit. This is particularly bad as I&#39;ve yet to raise funds for an audio book version. (Half of that is financial and half of it is overwhelm. But I don&#39;t see either issue resolving for a while.) But big thank you for the person who...

    I&#39;m experiencing the weird sensation that my health insurance company just did me a solid. A specialist refered me to an imaginjg clinic 90min and a lot of stressful congestion from my house. My insurance denied that and approved me for the place 40 min away that I&#39;d actually asked to go to. 🎉
