Should&#39;ve uses Moodle instead of an expensive, insecure SaaS product. Seriously, my high school used Moodle and it worked well. Universities could improve on it because it&#39;s FOSS. Australia wouldn&#39;t hesitate to throw tens of billions of dollars towards oil refining and holding, and lost revenue from the excise reduction, without batting an eyelid. But when it comes to large projects like Inland Rail that would help reduce oil consumption it chickens out.
