  There are many criticism of Go to make, but I never like how it uses pointer syntax and allows for return a pointer to a local allocation such as: func f() *T { retunr &T{} } That just makes my dangling pointer detector glitch out.

  Rather iratated that John and Erg (the current factor maintainers) are vibecoding all over factor quietly doing it off branch and in ways that keep the main commit history clean of Claude co-authored commits. They had to roll back a massive vibecoded PR to the core VM.
